  • 1/4 oz Crème de violette or Crème Yvette
  • 3/4 oz Fresh lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients into a shaker with ice and shake.
  2. Strain into a cocktail glass.
  3. Garnish with a brandied cherry.

A Classic prohibition era cocktail, the Bee’s Knees was invented as a way to hide the scent and flavor of quality homemade spirits. The honey sweetens the drink, and may make it palatable to people who may not normally enjoy gin.

1 oz Lemon
1 oz honey syrup

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients into a shaker with ice and shake.
  2. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
