Aviation
A classic gin sipper dating back to the turn of the 20th century, the Aviation was all but forgotten until about a decade ago. Today, the cocktail is distinguished by its purple-bluish hue and floral, citrus flavors!

Ingredients
- 2 oz Gin
- 1⁄2 oz Maraschino liqueur
- 1/4 oz Crème de violette or Crème Yvette
- 3/4 oz Fresh lemon juice
Instructions
- Add all ingredients into a shaker with ice and shake.
- Strain into a cocktail glass.
- Garnish with a brandied cherry.
Bees Knees
A Classic prohibition era cocktail, the Bee’s Knees was invented as a way to hide the scent and flavor of quality homemade spirits. The honey sweetens the drink, and may make it palatable to people who may not normally enjoy gin.

Ingredients
2 oz Gin
1 oz Lemon
1 oz honey syrup
Instructions
- Add all ingredients into a shaker with ice and shake.
- Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
- Garnish with a lemon twist.
Classic Gin & Tonic
The tonic and gin combination is a fantastic one that is on the drier side of soda highballs, which is great if you’re tired of all the sugars in today’s drinks.

Ingredients
- 2 oz Gin
- 4 oz tonic water
- 2 Lime Wheels
Instructions
- Add the gin to a highball glass over ice.
- Top with the tonic water and gently stir.
- Garnish with 2 lime wheels.
- Enjoy!
